How do I choose my size?
Each product has a garment measurement table in centimeters. Compare it with a similar pair of pants laid flat. All styles are adult unisex, XS–XXL.
Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to overseas territories or APO/FPO military addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guarantee. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00. After-cutoff, weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
Can I return my pants?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. You pay return shipping for change of mind; we cover it for damage, defects or our mistakes. No restocking fee.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Email [email protected] with your order number and issue so we can arrange a resolution. Ordinary unused-condition rules do not prevent reporting these issues.
When is a refund returned?
After approval, within 10 days to the original payment account.
How should I care for my pants?
Follow the individual care instructions on the product page; care differs by fabric and construction.
